A note of clairification. Grand Rapids and Big Rapids are two different cities in the Lower Peninsula of West Michigan. Grand Rapids is the second largest city in Michigan. Big Rapids is a college town of not more than 50,000 or so. The note KLP added indicated that the minutes of the meeting were for Grand Rapids, however, the minutes themselves indicated they were for Big Rapids.
