I am having some difficulty in understanding why there is so much disappointment in the merger. From my point of view I am surrendering 1 share of PAIR for .43 shares of ADCT. The exchange takes place in July at that ratio regardless of the price of ADCT at that time. Believe me ADCT is the 200 pound Gorilla in the Last Mile market. It has huge upside potential vs. what PAIR could do on it's own merits. I think those of us that have suffered with PAIR for the last 3 years will be well rewarded by sitting tight for the next couple years. Having said all of this I can see why the day traders and quick buck artists are upset. But then are they investing or gambling?
