I called for an investor pack so that I could do my research. Meanwhile the stock bubbled and popped while I waited. Last night I got the investor pack. What a waste of postage. It had nothing in it but the news releases that I can find in seconds online. It answered none of my questions about what the fabled patent-pending technology is all about, or how the product will be marketed.

The only thing interesting I got out of this pack is that I noticed that the I-Link mgmt. team consisted of people who had previously worked at tehncology places like Novell, not in running a phone company. In the crucial area of marketing, I didn't get the idea that the guy had pertinent experience, but then that's partly because I didn't recognizesome of the names of the obscure companies he worked with previously. But apparently he too has a background in marketing technology, not in signing up long-distance phone customers.
