Hi, BWAC...your right. .43 is the FIXED ratio If you own 1000 shares of Pair and hold thru...you'll convert to own 430 shares of ADCT. 1000 x .43 = 430 If you own 100 shares: 100 x .43 = 43 shares of ADCT If you hold, your shares value will be based on ADCT's share price at the time they are converted. Decisions, decisions...hold or sell. Darn it, I hate it when I need to think so hard! LOL Best of Luck to ALL!! Patricia
