Company to Release Earnings March 7, 2000

ZMAX Corporation (NASDAQ: ZMAX), a leading information technology
(IT) company, is pleased to announce that today, through its wholly
owned subsidiary, WidePoint Corporation, it became a systems
integrator for BEA Systems Incorporated (NASDAQ:BEAS); and added BEA's
WebLogic Commerce Servers to its systems integration capabilities.
