CEGE is on my watch list for today...my tentative buy area was 28.00, but was at work and didn't catch any of the action....Home for lunch now...Just bought IPIC at 4 5/32....This is a popper, buy area is 3.75-4 1/4...No higher...Look for at least a 1 point pop in next 3-5 days...It was a real challenge to get my shares, got them in 4 different groupings....If you can't get a popper in target range, forget it, there will be others... Other biotech popper possibilities are TGEN and RGEN... Looks like URMD may need another downside day....
