I agree. We have been saved. Think about it. The only time Pairgain management stopped selling their personal shares was when they decided to sell the whole company -- guess they thought that would not look good! They have no vision and no belief in their own abilities or their company's products. They actually sold Pairgain at MARKET value... Look at the average share prices of both stocks over the previous week or so when the deal was probably decided. Pair is about .43 of ADCT. I did some research on ADCT a few months back and they looked good -- didn't buy any though :( Now I will own a bundle... Paul.
