possibly OT, but did you see the Ford announcement today: yahoo.cnet.com Was listening to a radio interview about the deal. Seems that Ford is planning to launch a new company that will run their consumer web operations. (Said a new company would be able to move faster than creating a new division.) Anyway, the plan would be to not only help consumers buy their cars, but also get support and other services from the Ford site after the purchase. No mention of KANA providing any back end services, but I think "after the purchase" customer support is kana's strength and their systems are already in use by Ford. Hopefully, kana will be involved in this new venture as well. Back to 100 shares! Now let's see the price go back to 275!
