news release today is curious. CHCL, another OTC:BB company in Hong Kong, says it is "in negotiations to acquire a 10% stake in an Internet company, Hitsgalore.com (OTC Bulletin Board: HITT). The amount of the consideration has not been finalized." I looked at the SEC filings for the Hong Kong company, CHCL, and I saw that they do have a lot of cash sitting around. Nothing definite yet, of course. We'll see if it turns out like Amrhein/Foley or if it is for real. If the deal does go through, I hope that CHCL is not expecting a shareholder vote from HITT on issuing the shares anytime soon. The chairman of CHCL must see something that I don't, when he said this: "Hitsgalore.com has a strong management team with extensive experience in the rapidly growing Internet sector and a well established Web site. By acquiring a stake in Hitsgalore.com, we hope to capitalize on its strength in the Internet sector.
