Dan, there's this odd little law that maybe allows DoJ to bypass the D.C. circuit and send any appeal directly to the Supreme Court. That strategy could actually backfire on the DOJ. I don't think that the Supreme Court Justices would appreciate the implication that they would be predisposed to rule one way or the other. Calling the Judge stupid is always considered good legal strategy, too. Yeah, LOL!! Maybe decorum prevents participants from using such language, but there's nothing stopping me from stating the obvious. :-) Regards, JB
