(COMTEX) B: COMPELIS ANNOUNCES ASP STRATEGY FOR ACTIVERMS TO CAPTURE
B: COMPELIS ANNOUNCES ASP STRATEGY FOR ACTIVERMS TO CAPTURE SHARE OF $14.9
BILLION MARKET.

TORONTO, Feb 23, 2000 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- Compelis Corporation,
a wholly owned subsidiary of Treasury International Inc. (OTC Bulletin
Board: TREY), today announced the launch of its Application Service
Provider (ASP) strategy.

ActiveRMS, an Internet-based Point of Sale and Retail Management
Software system for Retailers, provides Compelis with the opportunity
to develop a whole new level of marketing partner -- the ASP. An ASP
has the opportunity to not only provide the software, hardware,
training & support (as in the case of the traditional reseller), they
can now host the entire technology infrastructure in an outsourced
web-based model, creating new revenue streams while lowering the
infrastructure costs to the Retailer.

The application service provider (ASP) market is expected to sizzle in
the next few years. According to the information technology research
firm IDC, companies spent $23 million in 1998 to have a third party
host their applications. IDC predicts that the number will jump to $2
billion by 2003 with entire IS outsourcing topping $151 billion driven
largely by small and medium-sized companies.

Compelis has recently signed Nu-Comp Systems of Toronto as an ASP
Partner in what is expected to be a rapidly developing Sales Channel.
According to William Lester, President of Nu-Comp, "This is a new and
innovative way for retailers to reduce rollout and support costs,
administrative burden and be able to run their businesses more
effectively with 'real-time' information.

"Small and midsize retailers will now have the ability to compete more
effectively with large nationals. This is definitely a win-win
opportunity for my customers."

Compelis helps companies link mission critical information and
knowledge assets with trading partners in a managed Internet-based
trading co-operative. Compelis is well positioned as an early entrant
in the growing business to business and business to consumer E-commerce

products.
The company's products include:

* ActiveCatalog for print and CD-ROM catalogs;
