Doug, You wondered yet today if ADCT didn't have PAIR backed into a corner? The low takeover premium, the retirement of a Chucky, the general tone of the last conference call, the big smile on ADCT CEO face. It all kinda has the look of what I have been thinking might happen. Remember all my VLSI examples? It would not surprise me to later find out that ADCT had been talking with PAIR for a while and finally just told them accept it now or we take it to your shareholders. And PAIR had to know they would lose there, so it was inevitable.
