Yeah , nice "poison pill" at $50. it really gave us a lot of protection.
wouldn't you like to see the compensation package granted to the officers?
If ADCT was not such a quality company i would really be pissed. i suppose they knew they could sell out on the cheap and most stockholders would not fight it just because they got rid of PAIRs management.
