Politics is about making decisions. There is, for example, no role for those who might want to nationalize industry in the Republican Party. There is a place for those who are pro- choice, but only if they agree that the matter should be returned to the states, and that some restrictions are warranted. There is a place for gays, but only if they do not push a couple of hot button issues. There is room for disagreement on where to regulate arms, more, I think, than among Democrats. There is nothing to bar an agnostic from being a Republican that I can see, and as for wiccan, well, I think that one might encounter some prejudice, but it is not in itself a bar from affiliation.......
