I just looked over the INPR press releases for the past few weeks, here's a summary:

Ericsson licenses Visibroker ORB
Scotts Valley Campus sold for $47 million
Announcement of TurboLinux Partnership
Interbase opensource plan (and new co organization) finalized
Sabre licenses Visibroker and AppCenter

Net result: INPR share price down 27% since the Corel/Inprise merger announcement.

These deals demonstrate that the enterprise middleware initiative is finally paying off. Imagine the share price if we didn't have this Corel rock tied to our necks. There has been absolutely no good reason to vote yes on this merger. If I have any shares left, I'll be voting no.
