The secondary was good for NDB as it increased their tiny float and thus generated stronger investment community coverage and investment... the UW's of the secondary are still underwater at current levels if my memory serves. Look for additional pimps to come out of the woodwork with their stamp of approval on NDB. ps - the NDB floor specialist is still a senile old fool, he's the worst i've ever experienced.
