To All, There is a very interesting article in this week's Barron's about digital versatile discs, or DVD. It's the same size as a compact disc but can hold 4.7 gigabytes and maybe as much as 18.8 gigs when double sided and grooved. Although DVD players cannot record yet, a recordable DVD-RAM may be only a few years off. I think this article may have been a big reason for monday's drop in price.
