Buck, the founder and still CEO of McData is Jack McDonnell. Maybe he should sue McDonald's for using his Mc. EMC bought them in '93 for $250 Million in stock. If McDonnell kept all the stock he got in that transaction he could go ahead and buy Mcdonald's and solve the problem.
