Jim, RE: "OMs retail PC sales have been a disaster. I'm sure they are willing to listen to Gateway and do it their way." Why? What does Gateway know about retail? They have some showrooms, a long way from managing inventory and turns, having the right stuff on the floor at the right time. If people want to wait for a computer they will call Gateway or Dell, the folks that want it now go to retailers. If the retailer doesn't have it, they go to another retailer. John
