DRAM pricing update:

In February, the Average Selling Price of benchmark 64Meg (8Mx8) PC 100 SDRAM has fallen 31% from $7.23 to below $4.96. Much of this price decline has been attributed to bloated inventories due to a shortage of Pentiums, suggesting prices will rise later in the year due to a shortage of manufacturing capacity, though there is no indication yet of any turn in DRAM pricing.
