Your position is inconsistent and hypocritical. Is the life of a fetus which is the product of incest of less worth than the life of a fetus which is the product of a non-incestous relationship?

Re your plan to punish first trimester abortions less than second trimester, what difference does that make to the fetus that is aborted?

Please have the gonads to be CONSISTENT. Either abortion is murder, or it is not.
