Praxair declares dividend DANBURY, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 29, 1997--The board of directors of Praxair Inc today declared a quarterly dividend of 11 cents per share, payable on June 16, 1997 to shareholders of record on June 6, 1997.
