Debra, plab/mask has been before regulators since Oct. Exactly same niche and this could be another vias. Too risky for me.

Still think risk reward on ctz is excellent and we only have one week to go to see if ctz/fnf finalize and at what price.
Keep aco on your watch list. BASF had to translate their submission to DOJ,causing delay. This is not a merger but a special dividend situation, about 14-14.5, and you get what is left of the ongoing company.
