Nope...and I've always been a fan of tech. I simply wanted to understand in depth why it was necessary to change a strategy I have used succesfully in the past to shield myself from risk during tech downdrafts. That strategy is not working anymore, so it became necessary to re-examine some underlying assumptions about when I cycle money in and out of technology and how that money gets allocated.

In the past, I would have held back on a company like Inktomi in this market climate, but the evidence is clear and compelling that even though it is an expensive stock, it will only get a lot more expensive.
