Fwiw, over half the Rus2000 - 9%ñ YTD gain can be attributed to 25ñ stocks (biotech & nut fluff). Hmmm, (25/2000)*100 = 1.25% of stocks representing over half the gain, looks like a broad rally to me. -g-
