Thanks for your input. I would be happy to forward your information to our dev team, but need some clarification on exactly what you are requesting. If you are wanting to double click and have the software load the price, you should be able to do this with our most recent CyBerX 1.6 Beta release, which will become available starting this evening. If after you download the latest version of CyBerX 1.6 you are still not able to load the price by double clicking in the QchartsL2, please make sure of the following:
a) In your Qcharts, if you click on View/ Preferences/ Online Trading, make sure your Broker is set to CyBerCorp.com
b) In you CyBerX, if you click on Options/ Preferences, make sure the "Allow API Order Entry" option is checked
Please note you may need to exit the software before any changes take effect. If after checking all of the above you are still experiencing difficulties, please give our Technical Support Department a call.
