Jim, <Nah, but Intel sure had a positive effect on Dell last quarter, huh.> Let's look at the situation now. Dell is still an Intel-only business. They going to get first dibs at the 1 GHz Pentium III, and possibly Willamette as well. And just recently, Dell captured the top spot in PC workstations with Intel's products. I'd say that Dell knew Intel's Q4 problems were short-term only, and that in the long run, it pays to make nice-nice with Intel. Contrast that with Gateway who publicly lambasted Intel and is now flaunting their renewed relationship with AMD. Maybe Gateway's CEO wants to follow 5fer's footsteps. Tenchusatsu
