Yeah those goals sure kinda got thrown out the window. After only 1.5 months?

Seriously, What exactly did happen to make these guys consider selling at $20. That's the big question. When I called them to complain about performance and got Pascoe or Chucky #1 on the phone, they talked like nothing short of 30 or so would do. And that poison pill thingie? How's that helping us now?

I say something isn't quite right. I am becoming more convinced that ADCT knew they could get PAIR by either #1 a hostile takeover or #2 by making the PAIR BOD think they were cornered by #1. And PAIR BOD can't even get this game right. They could have played it for another $4 or 5 easy.

So ADCT looks smart in all this. I think I will be holding for the .43 shares.

And I look forward to hearing the 'real' story someday.
