Elio, as in all the earlier years the shares has been used to either buy services or acquisitions - Some will be restricted others not. Normal practice is that the restricted will be used in acquisitions and stock swaps. Look at the pump as an advantage - The amount of services the company may obtain is connected to the shareprice - So pumped price means less dilution.
