CGraham I know of some management personnel who are taking advantage of the tender offer. Their reasoning is they are going to sell the shares which they have a cost basis higher than $60 tender offer to create of tax loss. I understand that this tender offer is being done to create enough shares for some UPS acquisitions to be made by June of this year. Lots of rumors. Good Luck Jim
