Doug, thx for MSCC hint. Will look immediately <g>. GTSM will be trying to augment most compound semiconductors where their process will lend itself to. Silicon Arsenite ? Never heard of that. I do know they will target GaN, GaAs and probably InP. But they seem they will be able to make the biggest difference with their process in the support of CdT wafers. They seem to be the toughtest nut to crack... rgrds CROSSY
