Given my experience with patent litigation, I would not be overly concerned about having enough money to see this lawsuit through. A total out the door, end to end, ball park figure of say $4M comes to mind spread out over the course of the litigation - which means some already spent, and other dollars parcelled out over the course of the next year or so. I have a general familiarity with the CEO who used to practice patent law with a well regarded law firm in Chicago. With this as a backdrop and the addition of HYSQ's new Chairman, I suspect that raising cash or an alternative arrangement - contingency for example - may very easily be formulated.
