Thanks for your insights into advertising. The discussion was informative and interesting. It is my understanding that Kovel/Fuller initially targeted the advertising in ten to fifteen major metropolitan areas. I can't remember the exact number, but it is in this range. I think Chicago, Detroit, New Jersey, and parts of New York, including NYC are in the initial target group. This could also explain why Hank hasn't seen any television advertisements. At a unit cost of about $7.00, it doesn't take a heck of a lot of volume to generate $15 million to $20 million in sales (which is my estimate for Q1). Based on the population of the target cities, I think that they are getting good bang for the buck with their approach. When you throw in some initial international sales, which I think that they will book in Q1, they should be able to reach my sales estimate.
