Best that I can tell, Fid Growth Co sold some shares recently and someone else bought them. But since Fidelity is always at least 4 months late in reporting anything (by design), we'll never know if the shares simply were transferred to another fund or sold outright.

If it matters, yes I do hold shares in Fidelity Growth Company. And SNDK is, as of today, the #1 stock in my portfolio.
