Curious PR:

Let's see:

1. If CHCL were to agree to buy 10% of HITT in a private transaction we still have the pesky problem of needing shareholder approval for the increase in the authorized shares or;

2. if CHCL is making a public tender were going to have to see some SEC filings.

I'm taking bets on either - I'll give great odds.
