MEGW definitely has problems. They promised financials every months since last August I believe. They promised lots of things but nothing materialized. I can't figure out why not unless they are really the same as DCGR, who was led by promoters who were recently indicted by the SEC. After all, MEGW was originally promoted by the same promoted as for PWPH, TACN, and DCGR. They still owned tons of stock.

I hope for the shareholders that they get off the pink sheets but I don't know of any stock that ever got off the pink sheets.
