My guesstimate is that RMBS should be valued at 20 times 2003 earnings. I see 50% of $80 billion DRAM/ASIC/controller market in 2003 = $40 billion x 2% average royalty = $800 million = $720 million (deduct 10% expenses) - $240 million taxes = $480 million / 24 million shares; roughly $20 per share x 20 p/e = $400.

This is very conservative since we use a 20 p/e; no communication devices; only $80 billion in DRAM and related products; and only a 50% market penetration.

Play with these numbers a little, and you can see 600-1000.
