I do not know much about Saville but I used to own PAIR but sold it a while back when I saw how weak the management was.

Here I see only one reason - Pair management was incredibly dumb. They could have made the shareholders a killing by spinning off Avidia especially in the last six months when the market for DSL IPOs was red hot.
