Most Celerons run at 2.0 volts - so Joshua will require Motherboards that can either already HANDLE the higher Vcc - or they will have to spec out higher Vcc boards - limiting any market penetration.>

Boards supporting Joshua and Celeron have been in works for a long time. VIA can bundle chipset, CPU with cheap Taiwanese DRAM and sell the whole package for $120 or so. Penetration in the US probably is going to be very small but VIA will probably go aggressively after Emachines business - may have a shot at picking some business until Timna shows up.
