For those interested in ABH and not following the posts at www.11wall.com, there is some news:

- the SEC filings are up to date; my impression is they showed a weaker company that some hoped (less revenue in '99 than '98);

- the next SEC filing deadline is 3/31 for the 10k for all of '99;

- encouragingly, and thanks in parts to the efforts of people on 11wall, ABHH should soon move to the OTCBB from the pink sheet -- the listing application has been filed, and the listing could become real within as few as 2 or 3 weeks.

OTCBB listing could alone give the stock price a bounce -- and that could lead to a full NASDAQ or AMEX listing, at least if the stock price does go up and stays up.

In short, there's a chance ABHH could be finally getting out of the doghouse it's been in since it got delisted.
