A few quick thoughts from a long term PAIR shareholder. (As is usually the case when big news hits I am traveling and missed all the excitement, only finding out about the deal from several friends that left me voice mail). I guess I'm a little surprised at all of the sour grapes from others particularly considering that recent analyst reports clearly pointed out that PAIR should net approximately $22 per share in the event of a buyout in a sum of net parts analysis. Sure, I would have loved to have seen the likes of something North of $20, but considering that PAIR has returned nearly 100% from recent lows and the future with ADCT appears extremely bright, I am personally very happy!! FWIW I plan to hold my PAIR/ADCT indefinitely, as the DSL freight train, broadband explosion is only just beginning. Regardless, good luck to all whatever you decide. I've enjoyed this thread immensely over the years and hope to see many of you on ADCT. My other favorite DSL play is NPNT (CLEC) which looks very "buyable" at todays price. Larry
