The co. didn't seem too happy about its earnings. Since the mgmt. owns so much stock (40%), it must be a frustrating experience to prove your worth again. Thus, they had probably hoped to beat expectations to boost the stock price. I forgot to mention that you will probably see more gyrations in the stock as a result of leaks. When the stock crashed last Dec., people knew about it before the bad earnings (as a result of the Supercuts acquisition) were released. Good luck.
