P.S. As for changing regimes in Beijing. Well maybe Old Gorby would know a thing or two about that. When asked what was the one moment when things began to unravel for the former Soviet Union, Gorbachev replied unhesitatingly, "Oh, that' easy. It was Reykjavik."
