Seagate's holdings in SanDisk After this Tuesday's stock split Seagate now owns over 10 million SNDK shares valued at $760,000,000.00 based on yesterday's closing price of $76.00/share. Lexar Media, SanDisk's chief competitor in the digital film market (CompactFlash or "CF"), is planning to go ahead with an IPO despite ongoing litigation with SanDisk which centers around Lexar's controller technology and possible infringement of SanDisk's CF assembly patents.
