Ron, I've read the release - at least twice - and feel like I missed something. I believe that they had mentioned the 'joint venture partner' thing before. Talk about re-hash of old news. Note how the stock just jumped after investors had a chance to read this news? They are in bad need of a PR person who knows what to say and how to say it - that or start producing some gold and get some cashflow. I wonder; was the old gang really that bad a problem? Did they need the new gang's money to keep themselves in the lifestyle to which they had become accustomed? Will the truth ever be told? I doubt it. All is not lost, pacman - oh eater of small dots - has re-surfaced and will save us from a fate worse than death. Brian
