People already knew that Ellison won't buy Apple, because this might be hastle take over. Cost of take over must be more than he thought,,must be $20-22 per share. $1 billion can not buy 60% of Apple anyway. However Apple is still good investment target for anyone. Apple must come back from next quarter and see stock will come up $20 level after announcement of their 3rd quarter outlook on middle May.
