Hi Cliff, The private placement that we participated in was done back in March of 1999. I think that private was for around 800k shares at 3.00. These shares were to be locked up for nine months after the IPO date, but I was just notified that the company was allowing 25% of those shares to come out early. My broker at Neitiger, Tucker was not aware of the private that went out recently at $12 that you posted about. We figured it went to one investor group. btw, I have not decided whether or not to sell any of the 25% since it will be taxed as income and the company is looking pretty strong right now. I bot a debenture recently that I consider highly speculative(high burn rate) that is supposed to be paid back soon and then give us warrants as soon as the IPO comes out. These deals and the hot momo stocks tend to give me heartburn, but they seem to be where the money is right now. Best of luck, Brad
