Yes,

you said it well, I like the word " concert " now more than manipulation but it is almost imperative that they do this. I got tickled yesterday when Merrill came out with the upgrade on AOL and THEY ARE THE DAMN CONSULTANT on the deal and AOL was about to go under $50 a share, and people say there is no manipulation ( there I go again ). The markets have to be or they basically would collapse from lack of interest. It really comes down to protecting their inventories as you can see, and to some degree the stockholder as well.

P.S. - Do not believe what you are seeing n QCOM this morning, the pre market never reflects the true downward pressure on a stock. it will quickly go to about $135 after open. Not negative, just realistic.
