The great shareholder cleanser resigns! I realize many of you really don't care to look into the past and are more concerned with the current share price, the future of the company and your own personal investment. But let us all step back for a moment and reflect...and pardon my verbosity. First and foremost it is important to note that the guy was a thief and con man of the highest caliber. He wandered off to California.. broke and in search of retirement income in 1995. He found in Bill Kerr a patsy and a gullible human being. Old Bill Kerr lost his entire family fortune of Kerr Glass in SGI. he was NOT a good business man and in desperate need of new blood for SGI in 1995. He ultimately gave the entire company away by hiring Slobo and allowing him 2 worthless buddies on the board, for which they had acquired the majority vote. It was all down-hill from there. All the boys back in New York were snickering and knee-slapping at what their old cheetin gin rummy player had wangled out of ole Bill Kerr. In California the BS started right from the git-go..."I know the President of Mobil Oil" said he...Why, he was probably a drinking buddy of the Pope!!...the contacts..My God the contacts HE HAD! Over the years the lies piled up on one another till one couldn't see the sh** one was standing in. And our Slobo one ran around LaJolla with his company credit card and charged and charged...Mike Rose knows, just knows that any audit of the books as to what had really gone on those past 4 years would wind ole Slobo in jail, playing 52 pick-up sticks with his butt cheeks, with his new buddy Bruce! I understand he used the company credit card for golf balls and meals at the turn, not to mention charging the company for meals and anything he deemed appropriate. This company could never stand an SEC investigation...from 2.5 million shares to nearly 75 million in just 4 years. Slobo knows that if Rose WEREN'T there, he'd be in trouble and that's the Gdm truth. For all the people who suffered, who cried with their wives and husbands as their investment was frittered away through dilution and the lies that followed, I suffer with you and hope for restitution one day. The man was a thief and a con man...and that's the long and short of it and shall be cursed from this day forward. Ergo Man
