The prohibition of marijuana is totally insane. Alcohol causes infinitely more harm, as does nicotine addiction.

Also, the penalties in many states for possessing small amounts of crack are way too draconian (unless you are a professional athlete, in which case you get a slap on the wrist). It is a very dangerous drug, but throwing people in jail for extended periods is not the answer.
